Can police vehicles record speed of oncoming traffic whilst the police vehicle in motion?
If so, do camera take front or rear number plate.
Note the oncoming vehicle is a motorbike (rear plate only)
and in the UK.

If the police vehicle is equipped with a radar unit, it can record the speed of oncoming vehicles while moving, but doesn’t take a picture of the plate.
